You may simply need space—to breathe, reset, and connect to your inner wisdom. I am excited to co-host a heart-centered experience designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, restore inner balance, and connect deeply to the Wisdom of Your Heart.

Together, we’ll experience:
• Heart-centered awareness and connection to your inner wisdom.
• Gentle practices inspired by Chinese medicine and medical qigong that open the pathway to the Heart.
• Experiences (breathwork, sound healing, drum circle) that nourish the heart, calm the nervous system, and invite clarity.
• Deep connection with the land of Sedona, self, and a supportive circle of women.
*Private healing sessions available with Zen Hwang, Sacred Path Medicine (Chinese Medicine, QHHT, Acupuncture) or myself for personal release/repattern and healing

Info: We will gather in Sedona starting the afternoon of April 11th 2026 kicking off our retreat with a connection ceremony. Daily practice April 12-14 includes gentle movement and energy of Qi Gong, Chinese Medicine and energy practices to clear and connect your heart pathway, Breathwork and process to connect to your inner wisdom and reduce blocks, gentle/moderate hikes and time with the energy and beauty of Sedona red rocks, evening breathwork, movement, sound healing. *Limited spots are available to schedule a personal healing session with Zen Hwang, Sacred Path Medicine, or Claudia Weber, The Wisdom of Your Heart. *Limited spots for guest rooms available- inquire early.
