Security Guard Final Interview and Onboarding Training

This two-day course includes the initial training required for obtaining your Washington State guard card. On Day 1, after completing your final personality analysis interview and passing your exam, you will receive a formal conditional offer, provided you meet the criteria. This includes a criminal background check and a driver's record review; candidates must have a minimum of two years of driving history, no at-fault accidents, criminal violations, or points on their driving record. Please refer to the Washington State Department of Licensing for initial requirements.

Upon completion of your onboarding paperwork, there will be a dinner break followed by the final four hours of training, which includes Phase 2 of the guard card training. Day 2 commences at noon and focuses on enhancing your understanding of your duties and equipping you with the necessary skills for performing security tasks. This includes a driving exam and an introduction to our operational tools and procedures.

Existing guard card holders are required to attend all initial training sessions and complete the exam to confirm their compatibility with the team. The course is free of charge provided you have completed your initial phone interview. Please remember to bring your I-9 documents to meet government employment verification requirements and present a valid Washington State driver’s license, as this is a driving position.
