About this Event
Welcome to the Second Sundays Art Therapy Group happening at Inspired Healing Therapy on the second Sunday of every month in 2026!
Join Board Certified Art Therapist Amelia McGraw for a monthly art therapy group. This is a safe space where you can do something nice for yourself every month, by participating in self care and learning how to express yourself through art.
Art Therapist Amelia McGraw will lead the group through a new prompt each week, using a variety of art supplies, including painting, collage, sculpting, and drawing with oil pastels, markers, and colored pencils.
This is an open group, and participants can attend as many sessions as they like. Group therapy can be a truly eye opening experience, letting participants connect with others who may be going through similar things.
No art experience is necessary, just bring an open mind! Let's unwind, connect, and explore our thoughts, emotions, and artsy sides together. See you there!
