What do you need?
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything that will make you comfortable.
Cost is $240, which includes four two-hour sessions and a journal.
Workshop sessions are on Thursdays: Oct. 31, Nov. 7, Nov. 14 and Nov. 21

Redefining Freedom: Second Spring Yoga Workshop
Discover a renewed sense of freedom in your perimenopause to post-menopause journey.
What does it mean to reclaim your freedom? It starts with discovering what freedom means to you.
- Is it freedom to express yourself?
- Freedom to love yourself?
- Freedom to accept your body?
- Freedom from negative self talk?
- Freedom to reinvent yourself?
- Freedom to enjoy life on your terms?
- Freedom to break cycles and stop default behavior?
- Freedom to release what is no longer serving you?
This four-week workshop focuses on movement, meditation, breathing, and journaling to unlock and unblock yourself to feel more free and empowered in your perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause journey.
In addition to four weekly sessions, students can establish a yoga, meditation, and journaling practice through homework and daily prompts, as well as find a community with others going through similar experiences, and create a space for a renewed sense of freedom and self-expression in an inclusive, safe, and nonjudgmental yoga class environment.
