The Second Saturday Legal Advice Clinic operates on the second Saturday of each month at the Benjamin Hooks Central Library. This free legal clinic provides an opportunity for people with legal questions or problems to talk with an attorney in person for legal advice.
The intake process ends at 11:00 am. Anyone who arrives after 11:00 am will not be able to meet with an attorney. The clinic is located to the left in the meeting rooms when you enter the library lobby.
Memphis Area Legal Services (MALS) operates the clinic in partnership with the Memphis Bar Association. The clinic is staffed with attorneys from MALS and volunteer attorneys from the Memphis area.
