In commemoration of the 153rd anniversary of the Great Chicago Fire, which began on October 8, 1871, and caused devastating damage and loss. The York County History Center as part of our Second Saturday program is planning a day of activities at the new History Center Museum and Fire Museum.
We will offer a variety of hands on experiences and a presentation from local historian Greg Halpin.
Parts of the program will take place at the History Center Museum and the Fire Museum.
