The 2025-2026 Second Saturday Series opens today with "EJ BROWN - MERRITT TOWNSHIP HISTORY."
Join EJ Brown for a overview of the history of Merritt Township and the Village of Munger. To remember the our little "big" town and those who came before and contributed to it being a fun place to grow up and live in. The presentation will cover as far back as 1859 to presents and include churches, schools, businesses, and government. Learn about the transformation of the swamp land to some of the most fertile farm ground in the State of Michigan.
