A Unique Multi-Location Peacebuilding Conference in Islamabad
PeaceCon designed as a holistic journey through three dimensions of peace:
Intrapersonal Peace — Peace within ourselves
Interpersonal Peace — Peace in relationships and communities
Environmental Peace — Peace with nature and our surroundings
PeaceCon 2026 brings learning, reflection, dialogue and creativity into different spaces of Islamabad, connecting participants with nature, academic exchange and community.
Events & their Locations
Group 1. Trail 5, Margalla Hills : Hike & Speak
Selected paper presenters will participate in a reflective Hike & Speak session at Trail 5, Margalla Hills.
Time : 7:30am to 11:00am
Coordinator : Safer Ullah Khan, CEO, Pak NGOs
Group 2. F-9 Park Islamabad : Walk & Talk
Selected paper presenters will participate in a Walk & Talk session at F-9 Park.
Time : 8:00am to 11:00am
Coordinator : Arshad Warsi, Founding President, Peace Club
Group 3. TMUC Islamabad : Meditation & Mindfulness Session
A dedicated session focused on intrapersonal peace, mindfulness and self-awareness.
Time : 8:30am to 10:30am
Facilitator : Nimra Asif, PhD Scholar
Group 4. TMUC Islamabad : Online Paper Presentations
Presenters from other cities will join virtually to share their research and perspectives.
Time : 10:30am to 12:00pm
Coordinator : Kinza Salamat, Vice President, Peace Club
Groups 1, 2 and 3 will gather at TMUC Conference Hall, Islamabad at 11:30 AM.
The gathering will include:
Lunch & Networking : Time : 12:00pm to 01:00pm
After lunch, participants will experience parallel activities including:
1. Children Arts Exhibition: A expression of peace through art.
Coordinator : Saman Arif, Educationist
Time : 01:00pm to 02:00pm
2. Music Performance: A celebration of harmony and cultural expression.
Time : 02:00pm to 02:30pm
3. Theater Performance : A exploration of social themes through storytelling and performance.
Time : 02:30pm to 03:30pm
🕊️ Closing Session
The conference will conclude with : Panel Discussion
A dialogue on peacebuilding, leadership, education and social transformation.

PeaceCon is an initiative that brings together educators, researchers, students, peace practitioners, community leaders and changemakers to explore practical pathways towards positive peace.
