Second Company Governor's Horse Guard (2GHG) Garden Compost Drive

Area gardeners are invited to bring pails, buckets, or containers and join 2GHG troopers at the annual compost drive. Horse compost is a great addition to garden soil as it provides nutrients and supports soil composition, aiding flowers and plants to thrive and produce beautiful blossoms and hearty vegetables. Troopers will assist visitors in filling containers and loading them into vehicles. Compost is available on a first come, first served basis while supply lasts. Small truckloads will be available on select days to be published in advance of event, or by appointment.
