Come enjoy a night of FUN and your second chance at PROM! This year our theme is "A Night in Hollywood". We will have a red carpet, photo op's, cash bar, dancing, silent auction, free appetizers and the crowning of your Prom King & Queen.
Second Chance Prom is PCI's largest fundraiser of the year; we need your support to raise $45,000. All proceeds will directly benefit families and youth in Archuleta County. Voted the 2025 Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit of the Year, PCI is the only Family Resource Center in Archuleta County.
At Pagosa Community Initiative, we believe strong families are the foundation of a thriving community. Our Family Services program walks alongside families as they navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward stability and long-term success.

Through PCI’s mission and vision, we have served our community by providing free out-of-school programs for students in grades K-12, family advocacy services, adult education, a food shelf, toy drive, school supply drive, emergency funds and community-building opportunities.

Here are a few facts about our organization:
-85% of the youth and families we serve are at risk or underserved.
-In 2025, we served over 400 students by providing the only free after-school programming and unique summer programs.
-Our youth programming is play-based and provides character development, opportunities to build leadership skills, and community collaboration. Helping youth build these skills ultimately creates a stronger community for years to come.
-In 2025, our Family Development programming supported approximately 900 family members, connecting parents and caregivers with support groups, financial education, mental health resources, and tools that help families move toward greater stability.
