Windsor Public Schools’ PSES Department is excited to host our 2nd Annual Transition & Community Resources Fair on Monday, March 23, 2026. This event is designed to support students with disabilities, families, and the staff who work with them by highlighting community resources that assist with transitions at every stage.
Whether you or someone you know needs some support, or you support students transitioning between school levels, exploring employment opportunities, or considering independent living options, this fair offers a valuable opportunity to connect with community partners and learn more about the services available to our students and families.
We encourage everyone to attend, explore the resources, and gather information to strengthen transition planning and support successful outcomes.
