Please join us for the Pacemakers 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Community Park in Barboursville, WV.💚This year’s race is a collaboration between The Pacemakers and the Men’s Health Organization at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. Together, these student-led groups are working to promote a healthy, active medical student community.
Proceeds from the race will support medical student health, physical activity and well-being by helping subsidize race entry fees like the Marshall Marathon and by funding Pacemakers-led activities that encourage students to stay active throughout the year.

Registration
• $25 before May 4
• $30 from May 4 through May 15
• $35 on race day
• Shirts included for all registered participants
Race highlights
• Door prizes and refreshments
• Scenic out-and-back course starting and finishing at the lake
• Trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers
• Awards for the top three finishers in each male and female age group
• No duplication of awards
