Seattle World Percussion Society presents World Rhythm Festival ‘26 /Columbia City Sept 11 - 13

Seattle World Percussion Society is thrilled to bring you our 2026 World Rhythm Festival in Columbia City at Columbia Park and nearby in the Rainier Arts Center and Southside Commons. In the park itself will be our Columbia Main Stage and a SWPS Rhythm Tent which hosts percussion workshops and drum circles. Friday night, from 7-9 is an opening "tag team" drum circle featuring Anu Samrat, Arturo Rodriguez, and ending with a Mastering the Drum session from Boka Kouyate. Performances, drum circles and workshops will take place throughout both Saturday and Sunday in all venues. Craft and food vendors will create a lively marketplace at the festival. All events free, courtesy of a grant from 4Culture. Donations gratefully accepted. We will see you there!!
