Join us for a day filled with unique architecture, stunning views, and fascinating stories behind these floating gems. This in-person event will take you on a journey through the serene waters of Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood, showcasing the beauty and creativity of these one-of-a-kind homes. Don't miss this opportunity to explore a side of Seattle that's truly unforgettable!

• The first in-person floating home tour in Seattle in 7 years!
• A self-guided tour with a printed program, giving you entry into 10 floating homes not usually open to the public
• Meet floating home owners and residents, learn the stories and history behind the homes and docks, and enjoy stunning lake views
• A rare glimpse into one of Seattle’s most beloved neighborhoods

To help reduce crowding, please choose your preferred start time when purchasing your ticket:

• 12:00 PM Entry (finish by 2:30 pm)
• 2:30 PM Entry (finish by 5 pm)

Both start times will have 2.5 hours to complete the tour. This helps us space out visitors and ensure a smoother experience for everyone.

No ticket sales will be available at the venue on the day of the tour.

📍Location: The walking tour will be in the Eastlake neighborhood in Seattle, along Fairview Ave E between E Roanoke St and E Newton St.

🚗 Parking & Transit: Limited free parking is available in the Eastlake neighborhood. We strongly encourage walking, biking, or using public transit.

♿ Accessibility: This is a self-guided walking tour across approximately 4 blocks. Please note:

• Homes are accessed via docks and stairs; some docks are narrow or uneven.
• The tour is not wheelchair accessible, and may not be suitable for those with mobility or balance issues.
• Surfaces may be wet and slippery—wear appropriate shoes.

📸 Photography: Personal photography is welcome unless otherwise posted.(No commercial photography allowed.)

🚻 Restrooms: Portable toilets will be available at both ends of the tour route.

🐶 Other Notes:

• No pets or smoking allowed
• No food, drinks, backpacks, or strollers inside the homes
• Food and drinks available from vendors and nearby stores/restaurants
• Babes in arms do not need tickets, but everyone else does -- 1 ticket per person required
• This tour is not designed for children — many may find it uninteresting. Please use your best judgment before purchasing tickets for kids.

Wear:

• Comfortable, flat-soled walking shoes (you’ll need to remove them inside homes)
• Weather-appropriate clothing
