You must register by using the link or calling the number below.***Enjoy an invigorating morning by taking time for yourself and discovering the wonders of the natural world. This program includes a 30- to 35-minute all-levels seated yoga session and 25- to 30-minute exploration of the natural world.
Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 12 or older. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

With the wintery weather, yoga will take place indoors in our Grand Hall. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water and warm layers for if we head outside.
