Seat Pleasant Community Yard Sale

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Seat Pleasant Citywide Yard Sale. This event is designed to bring neighbors together, promote reuse, and strengthen community connections across our city.

To participate, residents must complete the registration form using the link provided. The registration fee is $25, and the deadline to sign up is May 15th.

Once registered, your home will be included on the official yard sale map, which will be distributed to all attendees. You will also receive a Seat Pleasant Citywide Yard Sale sign to help promote your sale.

On the day of the event, participants and attendees can stop by City Hall to pick up a map, enjoy complimentary popcorn, and begin exploring yard sales throughout the city.

We will also be hosting a Yard Sale Passport Challenge. Attendees who visit homes in each ward and complete their passport will be entered into a raffle for prizes—helping drive more visitors to your location.

This event supports the City’s strategic priority of Fostering Vibrant Community Engagement by creating opportunities for residents to connect, explore their neighborhoods, and actively participate in community life.
