Fresh Pacific salmon, deep sea red crab, served with wilted spinach, garlic, shallots, grilled asparagus tips, Yukon mashed potatoes, finished with tarragon hollandaise sauce.

Hand-cut striploin, pan seared, served with strawberry and prosciutto-wrapped scallops, roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus tips, wild mushroom compote, finished with a rich veal demi-glace.
