Spring is a time of rebirth, grounding, and mindful renewal. In this seasonal practice, we will work with light—both within and around us—as a symbol of growth and awakening. Together, we’ll explore pranayama- the breath work that supports and cultivates our life force energy. Gentle yoga postures will help awaken the body and root us in the present moment, followed by reflective journaling to explore themes of light, renewal, and possibility. We’ll close with a guided meditation, inviting clarity, balance, and a sense of spacious calm.
