As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect, and realign with what truly matters. Join us for a restorative 4-hour retreat where creativity, well-being, and seasonal beauty come together through SoulCollage® and flower arranging.
This experience weaves together gentle mindfulness, guided journaling, and expressive art-making. You’ll create custom SoulCollage® cards that explore what your intuition is harvesting, what you're ready to release, and the inner wisdom you're carrying into the next season. Then we will take a break to enjoy a nourishing, farm-to-table lunch from The Rose Room Cafe while enjoying views of the French River. And then, you’ll be guided in crafting your own fall-inspired flower arrangement—an intuitive design that expresses your inner landscape.
No prior experience with SoulCollage® or flower design is needed. Just bring a curious spirit and an open heart. You’ll leave with:
- A unique floral arrangement inspired by the season
- Personal SoulCollage® cards that reflect your autumn insights
- A sense of clarity, connection, and creative renewal
Your retreat also includes:
- A nourishing, farm-to-table lunch provided by The Rose Room Cafe, local to Webster
- A seasonal “mocktail" and other non-alcoholic beverages
