Seasons Exchange, a 501c3 nonprofit organization in Dallas, TX, established Nov 2009, invites YOU to The Levy Exchange 4.0 FUNDraiser benefiting women and youth.
Come Sip n' Shop, Bond in Sisterhood, Nourish Your Mind, Body, and Soul with our Keynote Speaker, Witness an Awe-Inspiring Fashion Show while Supporting a Worthy Cause via our Silent Auctions and Raffle Fundraisers + be entered in drawings for amazing door prizes!

The donation to shop at The Levy Exchange is ONLY $35 in advance - $40 @ the door.

Valencia McKinzie, a multifaceted individual with expertise in training, coaching, and nonprofit leadership, particularly in supporting single mothers via a 501c3 nonprofit, MySuite19. She is also a gospel music artist and holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Texas Woman's University.

Thanks In Advance for your support, as the Tic Sales, Silent Auction + Raffle Proceeds will be utilized to support Project Marcus, which includes The On Your Mark Back to School Giveaway, After-School Tutoring Program, & Continuing Education Scholarships for High School + College Students.
- Hosted Annually in June: On Your Mark Camp: (5 Days - 4 Nights) Integrated curriculum based on a book + STEAM for ages 6-12.
- Hosted Annually in August: Back to School Program (Backpacks): Service Zip Code: 75229 + Surrounding Areas. Herbert Marcus School, T. C. Marsh, and W.T. White, and other Title One schools from Pre-K to College. Distributions increased from 100 annually to 450 in 2025.
- Scholarship Fund: 12th grade-college. Essay required and GPA. Named After: Sarah Barley (Anesthesiologist) and Norma Whittaker.
