Say ciao to flavour and join us at the Vitality HealthyFood Studio for a hands-on culinary journey through Italy's most comforting classics. Start the evening with an antipasto of creamy Orecchiette Alfredo paired with fresh basilico and ricotta cheese.Then, tuck into your primi (main course) – a masterpiece layered Parmigiana di Melanzane – where smoky aubergine meets rich Napoletana sauce and a parmesan crown, served with a crisp rocket salad. Next, fire up the flavour with a perfectly seared beef fillet steak served with pillowy pesto gnocchi and fine green beans in tomato concasse.
And finally... Dolce vita! End on a high note with a dreamy tiramisu. Think coffee-soaked sponge, velvety mascarpone and a generous dusting of cocoa.
