Seasonal Shifts Group: Embracing Winter

Join us for a morning of grounding, mindfulness, and sound healing as we celebrate the beginning of Winter and her many gifts! When we intentionally connect with Nature, we begin to notice paralells within us that reflect the changes around us. This in-person group is offered 4 times a year: March, June, September, and December. Here is an overview of our itinerary:

• Introductions
• Grounding & intention setting
• Sound bath
• Nature wander
• Group discussion
• Group craft
• Closing meditation

What to bring: please bring something to lie on, such as a yoga mat. Bring a blanket and anything else you need to feel relaxed and cozy! Dress comfortably.

Fees:

The fee to register for the event is sliding scale/pay what you can, with a recommended scale of $10-$30. Parking is an additional $10. If you want to join us and the reason you can't register is money, please reach out to me at [email protected] and I will get you registered :)
