Each season invites us to pause, reflect, and gently shift into a new rhythm. The Seasonal Reset is a spacious 3-hour retreat where you can take time just for you — to release what you no longer need and welcome in what will support you most in the season ahead.
Together, we’ll:
✨ Move – gentle, mindful practices to open and strengthen the body.
✨ Breathe – grounding breathwork to calm and steady the mind.
✨ Relax – extended restorative rest, with mats, blankets, and blocks provided (bring a pillow or bolster for extra comfort).
✨ Connect – with yourself, the season, and a sense of inner balance.
We’ll also share a warm drink and nourishing snack — because we all deserve to feel cared for and nourished!
The Seasonal Reset is your invitation to step away from the busyness, listen inward, and give yourself the time and space to feel refreshed, restored, and aligned with the season’s natural flow.
