A welcome safe space to arrive, release, and revive.
Summer Yoga flow, pranayama, chanting and relaxation.
A delicious homemade vegan lunch.
Walking meditation & outdoor practices (weather permitting).
Connecting circle with a celebration of Lughnasadh.
Heart meditation, crystal and essential oil share.
Open circle and deep relaxation (yoga nidra) to complete the day.
