Seasonal Market Basket Surprise

Register for this class where you learn to "think like a chef" using seasonal market fruits, vegetables, and herbs based on what we are harvesting at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm on the day of class (we grow hundreds of varieties during our peak season of May-Sept). In this 1.75-hour class, you will learn about up to 6 fruits, herbs, and vegetables we are harvesting at the farm at the time the class is held. You will make 3-4 dishes using 1 or more of each of the featured farm-fresh ingredients. This may include salads, soups, pickling, and other hot or cold dishes.
