🛋️ What You Will Need to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort during the meditation and sound bath. Eye masks will be provided.
📖 Materials
All materials are included — scissors, glue, boards, magazines, and journaling items. If you’d like, bring special photos or images that hold personal meaning for your board.

Tea, coffee, and light refreshments will be available throughout the retreat. Kitchen facilities are also available if needed.
