Embark on a flavorful journey through the Golden State at Tour of California, a curated wine and dining experience hosted at Seared Chophouse on Wednesday, August 27th. This special evening features five exceptional California wines, each paired with a five-course dinner crafted by Chef Spencer.

Your wine guide for the evening, Stephanie from Johnson Mutual, will lead you through the diverse wine regions of California—highlighting the bold reds, crisp whites, and everything in between that make California a world-class wine destination.

Event Details:

• 6:00–7:00 PM: Cocktail Hour – Begin the evening with a California-inspired cocktail.
• 7:00–9:00 PM: Wine Pairing – Savor five expertly prepared Hors d'oeuvres, each perfectly paired with a distinctive California wine.

From Napa Valley to Paso Robles, experience the sunshine, terroir, and flavor of California in every bite and sip.
