About this Event
This class will be fast-paced and built around aggressive, high-impact search operations centered on the priorities of the modern fireground. Using leading techniques and realistic scenarios, students will sharpen the skills, mindset, and decision-making required to increase victim survivability through firefighter competence, capability, and crew coordination. This course emphasizes efficient search tactics, communication, fireground priorities, and the responsibility we carry to perform when lives are on the line.
Instruction will be led by Zeb Burton and Company 20’s crew, coming down from the metro area bringing years of experience riding the rig and teaching at conferences you’ve all heard of. Expect a training environment focused on building firefighters who can perform under pressure when it matters most.
Lunch will be provided. Follow-up emails will include additional course information and the expected menu.
Bring FULL PPE and a spare cylinder if available!
If the parking lot is full, please park all vehicles on one side of Commodore Drive so that trucks can still pass freely!
