Class Description
Breathe in the fresh air and move with intention. Join Courtney for an all-levels friendly Outdoor Mat Pilates class designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and gently build full-body mobility. We’ll flow through controlled, low-impact movements with options and modifications, so beginners feel supported and experienced movers still feel challenged.
About the Instructor
Courtney Hanlon (she/her) is a Balanced Body Comprehensively Certified Pilates instructor with several years of teaching experience and a lifelong passion for movement that began at age 15. She is dedicated to supporting clients on their wellness journeys, thoughtfully tailoring each private and group session to individual needs and goals.
Courtney is known for creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, confident, and empowered in their bodies. She serves as the Studio Manager at Boston Body Pilates, Waterfront, where she also teaches full-time.Follow @corewithcourt on Instagram.
