Boston’s biggest free workout series, Seaport Sweat, is back for it’s eleventh season. Join us on Seaport Common and weekends on Harbor Way for a variety of classes with Boston’s favorite instructors. We’re proud to partner with & on this season of Seaport Sweat. For more information visit


Class Description

This energizing mat Pilates class focuses on core strength, breath, precision, and control through intentional, full-body movements rooted in classical Pilates principles. Set to a fun, upbeat playlist, you’ll build stability, improve mobility, and leave feeling strong and balanced. All you need is your mat.


About the Instructor

Chekara Jean (she/her) is a Boston-based Pilates instructor and founder of The Sculpt Co. Pilates. She teaches Mat and Reformer Pilates at studios across the city, known for dynamic classes rooted in classical Pilates principles that emphasize breath, precision, control, and functional movement. Guided by her mantra “Sculpt into a stronger you,” Chekara encourages students to move with intention and build strength from the inside out. Follow @iamchekara on Instagram
