Join us for a special two-day teal takeover event at the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC. This is one of our biggest volunteer efforts yet, and we need as many hands as possible!We will have volunteer shifts running all day on Friday, April 11th, and throughout the morning on Saturday, April 12th, giving you multiple opportunities to get involved. Transportation is also available for those who need a ride!
You can choose to volunteer in one of three essential areas:
Warehouse – Assist with sorting, packing, and organizing food donations for distribution.
Kitchen – Help prepare meals that will go directly to those in need.
Market – Provide direct support to individuals picking up food and supplies.
With so many slots to fill, we need a huge turnout to make this event a success. Whether you have a couple of hours or a full day to give, your time and effort will have a direct impact on fighting hunger in our community. Grab a friend and sign up today!
