There is no doubt that exams can be a challenging part of your child’s life. This workshop has been running 8 years and has proven extremely useful for children who sat the previous AQE and GL exams and the SEAG over the last 2 years
It will give them the tool to feel more confident, relaxed and focused and ultimately more happy during the months leading up to the exam doing practice papers and during the 2 SEAG exams themselves.

This fun packed 90 minute session will give your child lifelong beneficial relaxation techniques including diaphragmatic breathing, the power of positive affirmations, relaxing visualisations, mindfulness exercises and how to reframe nerves into something more positive such as excitement.
All these skills will leave your child feeling more able to focus, retain or recall answers and much needed information, sleep better and believe in themselves and their abilities.
Even If your child isn't feeling worried or nervous these are still amazing skills to have just incase nerves crop up before or during the exam and will be useful they move into forward into Y8 and beyond.

Mastering Relaxation Techniques: Just like any new skill, relaxation techniques need practice to become effective. the earlier children to learn and integrate these techniques into their daily routine, ensuring they are second nature by exam time.
Build Confidence Early: Starting well before the SEAG exams means your child can approach their studies and the exam with a calm and focused mindset, boosting their confidence and performance.

-The cost for this workshop is only £35, handouts and other useful resources such as recorded visualisations and affirmations are included in this price.
-Places are only limited to 8. 1-1 sessions can also be booked for children who don't feel comfortable in a group setting.
