This practical one-day training course will enable you to use MailChimp effectively to communicate with customers and prospects. You will benefit from step-by-step guidance, including live demonstrations within MailChimp itself of creating, sending and tracking campaigns.

You will learn how to set up an account, import existing client lists, create sign-up forms and manage lists. In addition, you will learn how to create and design an email and use MailChimp reports. During the day you will get hands-on practice and be trained by an IT software expert who will give you some great pointers to help you make your email campaigns more engaging and successful.
