Seafood and Citrus: A Perfect Pairing

For ages 18 & up

As our instructors offer tips, you'll create a variety of quick and easy dishes with one thing in common - the lively flavors of citrus that provide interest and balance to any meal. Who could resist the flavors of tacos filled with fried oysters accented with a citrusy salsa; roasted red snapper; blackened red fish; and to end the evening on a tart and tangy note, kumquat bar cookies.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that complements each dish.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
