Kitsap Community Rhythm – Seabeck Drum Circle & Sound HealingWelcome to our monthly community drum circle and sound-healing gathering at the Seabeck Community Center.

2:00–3:00 PM | Community Drum Circle
Our drum circles are improvised rhythm experiences guided by trained facilitators who hold a supportive container for creative expression, play, and connection. No experience is necessary—come as you are and join the rhythm.
3:00–4:00 PM | Mind • Body • Spirit Sound Meditation
Following the drum circle, we transition into a deeply relaxing sound meditation. A local Sound Healing Practitioner generously shares their art, guiding us into stillness and inner healing while inviting connection with the Divine.
🧘♀️ What to Bring:
Drums and percussion provided. Feel free to bring your own. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye mask, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable lying on the floor. A limited number of chairs are available for those with mobility or accessibility needs.
🌿 Energy Exchange:
This gathering is donation-based. Energy exchange is a monetary contribution that each community member can comfortably offer that day.
