A beautiful destination run on the coast. Fast & flat course!The race will kick off on Saturday, February 15th at 7:30 AM with the Sea Turtle Half Marathon, a beautiful destination run and a fast and flat course. This event draws athletes, runners and families from all across the Southeast because of the unmatched scenery of the course, adjacent to the white sandy beaches and turquoise Gulf waters.
The Sweetheart 5k and 1-mile Fun Run will start at 9:00 AM and 9:05 AM respectively. The one miler will have both a timed and untimed option for those interested. We will also be bringing back the timed walk category for the Sweetheart 5k.
Post Race After-Party will be located at The Hangout. Come for the race, stay for the party! Immediately following the race is a post race after-party in The Hangout courtyard with live music, craft beer, and games for the kids like giant Jenga, foosball and ping pong, foam parties and more. Participants will enjoy a post race hot pasta buffet, and the award ceremony will take place in front of the main stage. The race coordinators will announce the winners for each category and age group.
