Sea Splash is Norfolk and Waveney Mind’s fundraising challenge for February 2025. We are asking all participants to take a dip in sea at Gorleston on the 2nd February and aim raise at least £50 in sponsorship. It is a great way to support other people’s mental health whilst boosting your own.
You’ll get the buzz of knowing you’re raising much-needed funds for mental health services in Norfolk and Waveney – and on top of that, the cold-water immersion can have positive effects on your own physical and mental health. 🌊
