Join us on Sunday 1 February as we sea dip at three coastal locations (Southwold Beach, Cromer Beach, Gorleston Beach). Wherever you are in the region, there is a chance for you to make a splash for mental health!🌊 Date: Sunday 1 February 2026
🌊 Time: 10 am registration and then 11 am to dip!
🌊 Location: Cromer Beach (///flames.theory.heats)
🌊 Entry Price: £10 entry pre-event and then £15 on the day. Taking part as a group? Purchase our group of five ticket for £40
🌊 Age: Open to participants aged 16 and over. Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
