Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Sea Pines Forest Preserve spring fundraiser, "Party in the Pines!" Enjoy a rustic coastal feast, live music, and family-friendly activities.
Highlights:
- Menu: A rustic coastal feast, generously provided by The Salty Dog Cafe. From slow-roasted meats and fresh local seafood to char-kissed vegetables and rich, comforting flavors, every dish is crafted to celebrate the beauty of Lowcountry cuisine. Grab a plate, explore the stations, and savor each bite—no dinner bell, no rush, just great food, good people, and a night under the Carolina sky.
- Live Music: With entertainment for all ages, everyone is sure to have a great time.
- Silent Auction: Be prepared to bid on dozens of incredible items and experiences you cannot purchase anywhere else!
- Boat Rides: Complimentary boat rides from 4:30 - 6:60 PM, courtesy of H20 Sports.
Ticket Information:
- Ticket price includes all food and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
- Individual tickets are priced at $60.
- Reserve a table for 8 for a special price of $600.
- Children aged 10 and under attend for free.

- Tickets are available for purchase ONLINE ONLY. A convenience fee will be applied when processing credit cards through Eventbrite.
- We encourage all attendees to come prepared for any type of weather, as the event will be held rain or shine.
- Online sales end on Monday, March 31st at 8:00 PM.
- Name Badges will be available for pick up on the day of the event at the registration table. Please check in with the attendee when you arrive.

Party in the Pines – A Rustic Coastal Feast
Welcome to Party in the Pines, an evening of woodsy flavors, great company, and delicious bites in the heart of the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. This isn’t a sit-down dinner—it’s a rolling feast, with food served at stations throughout the evening, allowing you to enjoy each dish at your own pace while soaking in the natural surroundings.
UpFronts – Rustic Starters
🍴 Rosemary Parmesan Popcorn – Kettle-popped popcorn tossed with grass-fed butter, fragrant rosemary, aged Parmesan, and a touch of sea salt.
🍴 Assorted Charcuterie – A selection of artisanal cured meats, smoked sausages, and cheeses, served with freshly baked sourdough, crisp crackers, pickled vegetables, whole grain mustard, and honey-drizzled goat cheese.
🍴 Chimichurri Beef Kabobs – Skewers of marinated beef, slow-roasted and brushed with fresh chimichurri made with garlic, parsley, cilantro, and a hint of red wine vinegar. Served with lemon wedges.
🍴 Oven-Roasted Romaine Caprese – Lightly roasted romaine hearts topped with heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and a balsamic glaze. Finished with basil oil and toasted pine nuts.
🍴 Creamy Oyster Stew à la Minute – Fresh oysters gently simmered to order in a rich cream and sherry broth with leeks. Garnished with crispy shallots, fresh herbs, and toasted baguette slices.

🍴 Herb-Roasted Pork Bone-In Ribeye with Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus – Slow-roasted pork ribeye basted with a smoky bourbon-maple glaze, served with bacon-wrapped asparagus and lemon butter.
🍴 Slow-Roasted Picanha with Garlic Butter Potatoes – Brazilian-style picanha, roasted until tender with a final sear for crisp edges. Sliced to order and served with crispy roasted fingerlings and roasted garlic aioli.
🍴 Low Country Boil with Honey-Jalapeño Cornbread – A classic seafood boil with wild-caught shrimp, Andouille sausage, red potatoes, and sweet corn, simmered in a spicy Old Bay broth. Served with griddled honey-jalapeño cornbread and smoky Cajun remoulade.
🍴 Pan-Seared Swordfish with Carrot-Walnut Salsa – Golden-crusted swordfish steaks topped with a bright roasted carrot and toasted walnut salsa, finished with a drizzle of spiced brown butter.
