Spend a creative day in the jewellery making workshop learning all the techniques needed to be able to craft your own piece of silver jewellery with a stunning piece of sea glass.You will learn how to:
* Select appropriate materials for your design
* Form fine silver to create a setting for your sea glass.
* Form sheet or wire to create your ring / pendant
* Texture your ring shank with hammers or the rolling mill
* Solder components
* Saw pierce / cut the base of your setting
* Add fixings and findings
* Set sea glass
* Polish your work
Level: Suitable for total beginners and those with some experience
Materials: In addition to the course fee and will be approx £30-£60 depending on your design and size of glass you choose.
