At 6:30 PM on Saturday we will leave camp to go mushroom hunting. You are totally welcome to join the hunt even if you don't plan on camping! Also, cabins are available for rent nearby if you prefer that style of sleeping.
After recieving comments and emails from other mushroom hunters, the location was channged to Big Sioux Rec area in August. Hopefully this will be a better spot and time for mushroom hunting but if not, a campfire-party will be our backup plan.
I purchased three campsites for everyone to share. I will have two tents set up at #24 for my crew and everyone else can pick where they want to setup in #25 and #26. There will likely be a lot of mosquitoes since the sites are surrounded by big trees and forest habitat so come prepared!
Checkin starts at 4pm. Check out is same time Sunday.
