Now, it's our turn to listen, to witness, and to act. 🌱Welcome to SDG Climate Action 2025, a month-long call to creatives, thinkers, and innovators across Bangladesh. Hosted by Sustainable Development Goals and Youths of Bangladesh, this initiative is dedicated to harnessing our collective power to spotlight the most pressing issue of our time: Climate Change (SDG 13).
From August 1st to September 6th, 2025, we invite you to raise your voice, your lens, and your ideas. Let's capture the urgency, the hope, and the unwavering spirit of our commitment to a sustainable future. Through your photography, articles, and innovative solutions, help us paint a picture of the world we must protect and the actions we must take.

1. 📸 Climate Photography
Capture a moment that tells a powerful story about our environment. Your photograph can depict the stunning beauty of nature, the visible impacts of climate change, or the hopeful actions people are taking. Your lens is a tool for change.
● Registration Fee: Free
● Themes: Natural Beauty, Climate Change, Plastic Pollution, Environment Pollution, Social (Nature and Environmental).
● Rules: Submissions must be original. Only minimal digital corrections are allowed. No watermarks. Rename the file as "YourName_PhotoTitle_YourPhoneNumber".
● Participant Benefits: A digital certificate for all valid entries and a feature on our social media.
● Winner Perks: A prestigious crest and printed certificate for the top teams, along with a share of the 30,000 BDT prizepool.

2. ✍️ Climate Article
Your words have the power to inform, persuade, and inspire. We invite you to write a compelling article on the theme of Climate Action.
● Registration Fee: Free
● Theme: Climate Action (e.g., impacts on Bangladesh, sustainable solutions, policy change).
● Rules: Must be original work. Language: English or Bengali. Word Count: 800 - 1500 words. Format: .docx or PDF. Rename the file as "YourName_ArticleTitle_YourPhoneNumber".
● Participant Benefits: A digital certificate for all valid entries and a chance for publication.
● Winner Perks: A prestigious crest and printed certificate for the top teams, along with a share of the 30,000 BDT prizepool.

3. 💡 Climate Hackathon
Assemble your team and devise innovative solutions to real-world challenges. This is your chance to tackle an SDG-related problem head-on.
● Team Size: 1-3 members
● Round 1 (Online Abstract Submission - Free): In the first round, we will provide an SDG-related problem. Participants need to solve the problem and submit an abstract detailing their proposed solution. Abstract submission is totally free.
● Round 2 (Offline Quiz): After judging, selected teams will be called for an offline quiz. This event will include snacks and gifts.
● Offline Round Fee: Offline selected teams need to pay a 300 taka registration fee per team.
● Participant Benefits: A digital certificate for all participating teams in Round 1 and a chance to compete for the main prizepool.
● Winner Perks: A prestigious crest and printed certificate for the top teams, along with a share of the 30,000 BDT prizepool.

General Terms & Conditions:
● By submitting, participants grant the organizers the right to use their work for promotional and non-commercial purposes, with due credit.
● The organizers reserve the right to modify rules or cancel the event if necessary.
● The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.
