The Borough was a key part of the CIA’s MKUltra project, specifically designed to reform the minds of the Reading populace into their musical ideas. Music inspired by 1960’s surf-rock, trench coat wearing secret agents, shark attacks and Tony Blair drinking cocktails in 2003.
