Join us at the Wilson Arts Center on Saturday, June 27 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. as we hear from some of this year's participating sculpture artists.
Free and open to the public.
About the Exhibition:
This biannual exhibition brings together a dynamic mix of local and regional artists, each exploring the boundaries between two- and three-dimensional work. Expect an engaging interplay of texture, scale, and structure, as traditional techniques meet unexpected materials and contemporary perspectives. The result is a gallery experience that invites you to move, look closer, and see differently with every turn.
This year’s invitational features 10 artists whose practices span a wide sculptural spectrum. Representing Wilson are Kathi Blackmon, Elizabeth Laul Healey, Ash Hayford, and Ezra Lambert. Joining them are Kim Hennes from Bailey, Jennifer Siegel of Apex, and Caprice McNeill, Tonya Solley Thornton, Tina Marcus, and Oami Powers from Raleigh, each bringing distinct voices and approaches into the conversation.
Sponsored by: Betsy and Hunter Rascoe, Casey Elliott Law, John Kirk
