Sculpt + Sip at Gruver Farms 🍷💪Join Stephanie C. from H2L Studio for an off-site Sculpt class at the adorable Gruver Farms Winery in New Cumberland! This all-level Sculpt session fuses strength training and Pilates flow — set to some fire beats that’ll keep you moving and smiling the whole time.

We’ll build deep, functional strength through intentional movement, breath, and rhythm. Expect a full-body burn that blends classical Pilates technique with light to medium weights and feel-good music. Each sequence is designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance endurance — all while keeping your energy high and your alignment on point.
