Practice meditative movement outdoors in the Charles B. Hayes Family Sculpture Park with instructor Swan Mishler through Beacon Health & Fitness. This program is free and open to all. No prior experience with Tai Chi is required to participate. Find inspiration amidst sculptures and nature as we use our bodies and our minds with intention and mindfulness.
