Sculpted by Monica is an immersive mindful movement experience weaving together the precision of classical Pilates, the fluidity of yoga, and the emotive energy of music to awaken a deeper connection between mind, body, breath, and spirit.
Set within the inspiring atmosphere of an art gallery, the practice becomes more than movement - it becomes an experience. A sensory journey designed to invite presence, soften the edges, awaken the body, and create space to reconnect with yourself.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, and musicality, guests are encouraged to move intuitively and experience their bodies as both art and expression.
