Sculpt with Victor | lululemon Regency x Lotus House of Yoga

Join lululemon Regency for a 45-minute sculpt class led by Victor L from Lotus House of Yoga. This full-body workout is designed to build strength, challenge your endurance, and leave you feeling energized!

Victor is a language teacher outside of the sculpt studio -- so teaching is not a foreign concept to him. He values pushing you to tbe the best version of yourself that you can be. His class is a varied mix of sculpt and contemporary pilates!

Whether you're new to sculpt or a regular in the studio, this class is a great opportunity to move with intention, connect with the community, and start your Saturday strong.

After class, stick around for a special surprise and delight exclusively for participants.

We invite you to bring ankle/wrist weights if you'd like! We recommend bringing a water bottle, yoga mat, and wearing comfortable clothing you can move in.
