This in-person event will take place at the beautiful location of The Point at Norwalk Cove. Get ready to meditate, sculpt and recover as we focus on wellness. General Event Admission $40.00 - includes a 30 minute Club Sweat class, meditation and healthy light bites

• Contrast Therapy $40.00 - the conscious collective will be offering contrast therapy, which includes guided wood burning sauna and ice bath sessions. Contrast therapy involves alternating between hot and cold treatments to stimluate circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. The heat from the wood - burning sauna opens up your blood vessels, relaxes muscles and imrpoves blood flow, while the ice bath helps to constrict blood vessels, reduce swelling and improve recovery. This powerful combination can enhance overall well-being, boost the immune system and physical healing. Add this before or after your movement session with Club Sweat. There will be two sessions, one at 5pm and one at 7pm. Please register ahead of the event. You will be contacted to provide payment prior to the event.

• B12 Injections $40.00 Elivate MedSpa will be offering B12 injections at the event. These injections boost your energy levels and your immune system while improving mood and sleep. These injections will be available both pre and post class. You must register prior to the event for a B12 shot and pay at the event via venmo or cash.

Event Agenda

5pm -6pm: Contrast Therapy - session 1, pre registration mandatory

6pm - 6:15pm: General Admission Arrival

6:15pm - 7:00pm: Club Sweat class and meditation, B12 shots available pre and post class

7:00pm - 8:00pm: Contrast Therapy - session 2, pre registration mandatory

Be sure to bring a yoga mat for your meditation and workout and a bathing suit and towel if you sign up for contrast therapy.
