Ladies...carve out a little "you" time and join this fun but soooooooo effective fitness class for women called Sculpt and Stretch. Your instructor is Lindy Flanigan. Lindy is a certified personal trainer and certified health coach. You will workout in a safe and comfortable environment, meet other ladies and get strong. The class will begin with a short devotional from Lindy and then the workout will follow. Bring a set of hand weights (8 or 10 lbs.), an exercise mat and a stretchy band with handles.
